*With that being said.

*I Will now challenge the claims my accuser's have made against me.
*Which would be at least 2 or more of the following.
1. Incarceration in prison/ jail.
2. Incarceration in any other eg. Hospital, facility, other, etc.



Step 1.

I am not 100% sure what has been said about me.

But if its or is also relating to threats.

First a simple history.
*If these threats or so have been going on for years.
Or more specifically 5 or more depending on which issues are being claimed about.

*So based on that.
If these threats were good enough to seek police or other.
If these threats were made day or week or month after month for many years or so.
Then how come nothing has happened.

Based on the definition of threat.
This depends on the one receiving the threat.
What they think the probability of it happening etc.
(Which also includes jokes which are also threats, etc).


*Thus these a mere verbal altercations.
And threats happen in altercations.


*There have been no process of carrying out threats.
There have been no battery or these threats being achieved.
However what has just been stated only applies to the majority of altercations or so.
There may have been pushes or shoves but as far as I am aware of.
These threats/ claim against me are about threats I have made during these verbal altercations, arguments, dicussions, etc about killing, or any other serious injury,
etc.
Which as I have already refuted.
And I clearly state.

I have not been in the process of any of these threats during these altercations over these many years as far as I can recall.
So No.
And No threats have been achieved. (Because no threats were carried out or in the process of being carried out).
So No.


*So There fore in relation to threats.
There is no real claim against me.



*Now I will challenge the claim against me about incarceration in any other such as a hospital, or any other.

*There are 2 things.
Voluntary admission.
And.
Involuntary Admission.

*I obviously disagree with voluntary admission.

*So there fore I will challenge involuntary admission. (Which I also disagree).

*So There fore when I refute both these claims. (Jail/ Prison and any other incarcertion).
It will be illegal to proceed what has beenn agreed to by the accussers and those who have been sent to carry out what has been agreed to.

*Going on what I know and depending on a Country/ State/ Etc Involuntary Admission law.

*Because there is no medical officer to assess my current condition. (Which I disagree to).
That means I will prove that I do not need to.
That would also disqualify me for an involuntary admission.

I will refute the claim for involuntary admission.
If I qualify (Or Not) for being mentally ill, mentally disordered as well as 'Necessary' for care, treatment or control because of harm to one self as well as others;
as well as any other points; In the law for involuntary admission.

I do not qualify for being mentally ill and 'necessary' for care, treatment or control according to involuntary admission law because:
1. I am not harming my self that calls for 'neccessary' care, treatment or control.
2. And am not harming anyone in the house as refuted above which does not call for 'neccessary' care, treatment or control.

*Also any deteriorating of health (or not) is also not neccessary for care, treatment or control.
Such as I am in above average physical athletic level.
None the less any mental, physical or other is not neccessary for care, treatment or control.

**So There fore.
I am disqualified as being mentally ill according to involuntary admission law.


*I also do not qualify for being a mentally disordered person according to law.
My decision making, actions, other is not irrational to the point that it is neccessary for care, treatment or control in relation to self harm as well as harm to
others.
There fore I am disqualified as being mentally disordered according to law.


*There fore I think that I have refuted both claims against me. (Prision/ Jail and Any other incarceration).



*Also one can not tell an adult how they should live their life.
Just because they do not like how their living their life.

*Also one can not put some one in prison or any other incarceration just because they hate, disagree or other that person.


*I think I have refuted both claims against me. (Prison and any other etc).

*So There fore.
If involuntary admission is to continue.
That will be illegal.


*So those who are sent here to carry out this involuntary admission or any other.
Either.

*Goes away and think what to do next.
If you can challenge what has been written.
Then Bring It On.

If you can not.
Then This Case Is Closed.



*Also Because I think that I have refuted the claims against me.
If Involuntary Admission is to continue. (Happen/ Did Happen).

I will take legal action.
I will sue the government or so 100 million (Tax free).
This is because one or more police officers (May) accompany these involuntary admissions.

If You disagree to what is written here.
That it is not right, legal, does not work or what ever.

Then Proceed to step 2.

*So That would leave just the accussers Eg The people in this house as well as any other affiliated to this house.
Or specifically people who live in this house.

Which they have 2 or more options.

Either.

To continue how things are as it is year after year.

Or

Kick me out of the house.
